Operating System: iOS

From the time I bought my printer, I haven't been able to print in colour. I have coloured ink and the cartridge is full but my computer doesn't even give me an option to print in colour, my only colour option in colour settings is black and white. It prints in colour when I print info pages directly off the printer so I know I have the cartridge in right and its working.
