When I print on photo paper it will not print correctly, it’ll print like half the image on the edge of the photo. And when I print on any paper it will not print the correct size. I can print something in the size of 4x7 and it prints out short like 3 1/2 x 6 1/2. Here’s image how it prints out on photo paper

@DeborahC38, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It looks like your HP Deskjet isn't printing correctly on photo paper and is also shrinking prints on all paper types.
First, check that the paper size and type in the printer settings match what you're using, especially for photo paper. If the image prints off-center, try enabling borderless printing and make sure the paper is properly aligned in the tray.
For the size issue, ensure the correct paper size is selected in your print settings and that scaling options like “Fit to Page” aren’t reducing the print. If the problem persists, update your printer's firmware and try printing from a different app to see if it makes a difference.
