Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to replace the M cartridge with a genuine HP 951 cartridge resulted in error message indicating a error with the machine.  Subsequent attempts to insert a full set of HP 951cartidges was unsucessful as none of the cartidges would insert.  They did not come close to seating properly and seem to be impeded from sliding fully into position.  Cartridge is about 1 inch out from seating when very strong resistance is encountered.,
