HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Just bought a brand new genuine HP color cartridge for my printer.

Installed, but failed alignment. ran a cartridge cleaning and everything prints fine, except the cyan color, it doesn't show at all.

Magenta, yellow and black are all 100% and no signs of needing alignment.

Can anyone help?

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then this might need support from HP internal (via remote)

what a waste of time, I called the support number to get a chatbot, the chatbot can't understand jack so it tells me to go to the website, I put in the serial number and because it's out of warranty there's no option to fix my issue!

You're useless HP!!!!
