Product: Office jet Pro 8710
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Getting a message Remove and reinstall all indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly install. Tried all trouble shooting tips along with installing a 2nd new black cartredge.   Having the same issue with the new yellow cartridge I just installed
