I installed E-Z Ink toner cartridges in my printer. During the subsequent start-up procedure,  I saw the message "Non-HP product installed" and then received the "Open tray, Check paper guides and load paper" later in the re-start process. Now I'm stuck. Checked paper. Yes, it's loaded. Turned off/ Turned off. Tried reloading driver but printer again displayed "Open tray, Check paper guides and load paper" msg

HP does not recommend using non-HP toner cartridges in your HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw, as they may damage the printer in the long run. Third-party cartridges can cause issues such as toner leakage, poor print quality (faded or streaky prints), cartridge recognition errors, and firmware conflicts. HP printers use dynamic security to maintain optimal performance and prevent potential risks from incompatible supplies.
