HP Deskjet All in One Printer F4280
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

We have just installed some new ink cartridges into this printer and now when I print, there is a shadow effect under the text as if it has been printed twice (see image below). We hadn't used the printer during most of last year as it wasn't needed so I'm not sure if this would have an effect? All the support online tells me to clean the printer using the touchscreen, however, as this is an older printer, it does not have a touch screen or any option to clean (that I can find). I printed the test page and everything on that was fine with no shadow effect.

I just wondered if anyone knew how to fix this?

Many thanks for any help!IMG_20210216_211452.jpg

Edit: this also happens when I print images.
