HP Color Laser MFP 179fwg

I do not use my Printer very often. Just some couple times in a month. But since two or three months there is something like a Ghost Print on the printed page below. It is always the same Image as being printed.

Maybe someone can give me a hint what the mistake could be and on top of that a solution for my Problem. HP is giving me none, thx for that.

yes, I have exactly the same problem!!!
The repeat pattern (ghosting) appears in the same place for me.

I have the following problem:
A washed out "copy" of the print appears in the printed image, in other places (over or under). As if the imaging drum is not erased.
See pictures.

The machine is only two years old, hardly used, under 300 pages printed. The warranty expired a year ago. You can imagine how disappointed I am with the model now, as it was very expensive and now it's already broken after such a short time.

Perhaps the fault is known and someone can give me tips on how to rectify the fault or whether it is worth contacting support. I will of course try the latter.
