Product: HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer

My printer says the ink cartridges are fine but when I print a page which has green shapes on it they are coming out with opaque patches and yellow oatches

Have gone through all the cleaning print head, alignment etc but still no joy,,,,
