Hello, despite various checks (nozzle cleaning, alignment), my printer is not printing correctly; the black color is coming out as green. My model is an HP Envy Photo 7830. Is it possible that the black ink cartridge is faulty? If so, how can I obtain a replacement? It was precisely after replacing this cartridge that I started experiencing problems.

Bonjour, malgré différentes vérifications (nettoyage des buses, alignement), mon imprimante n'imprime pas correctement ; la couleur noire ressort en vert. Mon modèle est un HP Envy Photo 7830. Est-il possible que la cartouche d'encre noire soit défectueuse ? Si oui, comment puis-je obtenir un remplacement ? C'est précisément après avoir remplacé cette cartouche que j'ai commencé à rencontrer des problèmes.
