Hi @Blair49,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are getting a green tinge in printed photos can be caused by several factors. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:
- Check Ink Levels: Ensure that all ink cartridges have sufficient ink. Low or empty cartridges can cause color issues.
- Align Print Head: Perform a print head alignment through the printer's settings menu. Misalignment can lead to color discrepancies.
- Print Head Cleaning: Run the printer’s cleaning cycle to remove any clogs or blockages in the print head. This can usually be found in the printer settings or maintenance menu.
- Check Color Settings: Make sure the color settings on your computer and the printer are correctly configured. Sometimes, incorrect settings can affect color output.
- Use Quality Paper: Ensure you're using the right type of photo paper for your printer. Low-quality or incompatible paper can affect print quality.
- Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. Visit HP’s official website to download and install the latest drivers for your model. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Print a Test Page: Print a test page to see if the issue persists. If it’s still there, it might be a problem with the printer’s hardware or color calibration.
Refer to this document: HP ENVY Inspire 7920e All-in-One Printer User manual

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
