My HP 415 machine is low on ink. I sent it to the company to fix it and the company also told me to replace the print head, but the situation is still low on yellow ink and cannot print yellow! I tried cleaning the print head but it still didn't solve it! hope you guys help me!

I understand your frustration with the HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 still having yellow ink issues after a printhead replacement and cleaning. Here are some additional steps you can try:

 

1. Verify Genuine Ink and Ink Levels:

  • Ensure you're using genuine HP ink cartridges compatible with your printer model. Third-party inks can sometimes cause printing problems.
  • Check the ink levels for all colors, not just yellow. Low ink levels in other colors can also affect the overall print quality. Refill any tanks that are below the recommended fill line.

2. Deep Clean the Printhead:

  • While you've tried cleaning the printhead, consider performing a deeper cleaning cycle according to the HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 user manual. This may help remove more stubborn clogs.

3. Check for Ink Cartridge Alignment Issues:

  • Misaligned cartridges can cause printing problems with specific colors. Perform an ink cartridge alignment following the instructions in the printer's software or user manual.

4. Update Firmware:

  • Outdated firmware can sometimes lead to printing glitches. Check for and install any available firmware updates for your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer. You can usually find these updates on the HP website.  Update the firmware on an HP printer
