HP OfficeJetPro 9015e is printing incorrect colors.

Seems like the Yellow cartridge is the one that is off.

Unplugged unit; changed to new cartridges, cleaned printer heads - multiple times; HP support not at all helpful - watched the videos; virtual assistant.

Anyone else having this problem?  With product failing like this, think we will need to go 100% paperless, then printing won't even be something we need!

Hi @Mimi-FRM,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e's color printing, specifically with the Yellow cartridge. It's frustrating when troubleshooting steps and support don't seem to resolve the problem.

Before going completely paperless, there are a few additional steps you can try.

  • Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the Yellow cartridge is correctly installed. Make sure it clicks into place securely.
  • Update Firmware/Drivers: Check for firmware and driver updates for your printer on the HP website. Sometimes, updating the software can resolve compatibility issues.
  • Color Calibration: Many printers have a color calibration option. Check your printer settings or the accompanying software for any color calibration features. Running a calibration might help align the colors accurately.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
