My HP 2700e printer won't print. When I cleaned the printer via the HP Smart app, the test page was printed in color. The black ink is new, but I don't know for sure. I rarely use the printer. I was asked to update the firmware, which I did. Anytime I try to use the printer there is some issue. I can't just use it. I have replaced it. I have paid a local service company $120 to fix it. I don't want to pay them each time I try to use the printer. I no longer use the wireless feature. I plug it in to the wall.

Are you able to make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Do you have any issues while printing on your printer now?
- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.
- May I know which application are you using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- How is the printer connected to the device from which you are initiating a print? (USB cable or wireless)
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
