Product: 2720

HP 2720 Printer is printing in blue only. HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.7.3 is report no issues with the printer.  New printer 305 black and colour cartridges showing full. The firmware revision is the latest release TCP1FN2251DR.  I've removed cartridges and cleaned contacts.
