HP ENVY 6010e All-in-One Printer

Hi, after cancel the Instant Ink I've buy in january a new HP 305 cartridge for use printer: at beginning of june, with an extimation of 20% the quality was really bad and also after follow any task available in the app, still the same issue.
From Facebook, info given where not able to fix and a new HP 305XL cartridge has been used to fix the quality issue.

Following Virtual Assistant:

  1. Remove the problem cartridge indicated in the error and read the Warranty Ends date that is printed on the cartridge.

  • Warranty Ends date has not passed: You may be eligible for a replacement cartridge from HP.

How can I get a new replacement cartridge from HP?

thx

It's explained in the printers user manual, ink level is an estimate it's not 100% correct and the ink cartridge should be replaced when print quality is no longer acceptable.

It's clear that this number 20% it's an estimated one, but normally I don't pay 20% less the cartridge, and the expectation must be 5% but not 20%...maybe HP must add more ink in the cartridge to let users to be able to buy a new cartridge in time and not only to sell the instant ink services... I hope that this issue will not happen with the new cartridge! I will let you know in this community.

thx
