HP 5n printer

Hi I have a HP 5n printer C3952A works great no issues currently.

 

The issue i have is when i order a toner cartigate & open it and take out the plastic strip the toners leak toner straight away#

 

i have order 2 hp compatable & orginal

HP 4+4M 4M+ 5M 92298A

 

i am been very careful opening the toner has anyone experienced this ? any help appreciated

While these might be original HP cartridges, they are likely so old that the seals inside have shrunk resulting in the leakage. I do not think HP has made this particular cartridge in at least 10 years. You should contact the person you bought them from  for a refund. Remanufactured cartridges are out there and are a better option than ancient OEM cartridges.
