HP ENVY 5030
Ubuntu LTS

I use my HP Envy 5030 only occasionally, on Ubuntu (mainly), Windows 10 and MacOS Catalina.

The black does not print at all. The printer doesn't generate error messages.

I already:

- cleaned the printer cartridges (multiple times),

- printed a diagnostic page where the black block and the black heading above the colored blocks is simply missing

- tried to align the printer, but that fails on scanning as there are no black lines,

- firmware is fully up-to-date (network connected and checked)

- Did all checks described at https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-5000-all-in-one-printer-series/14095644/model/14095720/...

- replaced the cartridge (which was still approx. 30%) with  a new hp 304XL

- and did all above tests again.

It simply doesn't print black
