After replacing the black ink cartridge with a GENUINE one, a message says it's not compatible + no printing possible. Same goes with another cartridge
@Alon58, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Insert only the color ink cartridge and check if that works.
Insert the old black ink cartridge and check if you get the same error.
