Ink levels got low on my HP 5660 Inkjet Printer. Replaced with HP's Instant Ink plan HP cartridge #62 black and tri-color. It keeps saying on the screen, there is a ink problem/to replace cartridge. I have unplugged, restarted it, taken the ink cartridge out multiple times now, re-inserted it I cleaned the connections as directed and let them dry. Started it back up several times now. and still it says there is an ink problem...… I NEED my printer to work!!! Thanks so much!

@OhioBreeze, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the instant ink cartridge is not working. Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
If the error persists, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
