My printer is not printing magenta.  Anything which should be red is green.  Here are the steps I've taken so far.

1) Made sure my printer was up to date

2) Ran cleaning program through level 3

3) Ran alignment

4) Changed ink cartridges

5) Waited 30 minutes

6) Ran cleaning program through level 3 again.  Black grayscale; Cyan; Yellow all good.  Magenta blank.

 

Please help 😉

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

It seems like an issue with the printer as you have the same issue with 2 different ink cartridges. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
