Hp 62XL BLACK Ink cartridge --brand new out of the package failure. Get repeated error to remove and reseat/reinstall on a HP7645.  I put the old one in and it works except it is low on ink with poor print quality.  I have changes several cartridges over the years (and I removed the plastic tape protector).  Followed all the trouble shooting on the Hp site resulting in telling me to call a live person -- but no phone number found.  Best Buy will not replace telling me I need to speak to someone live.  Help would be appreciated.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP 62XL Cartridge -"our of the box failure". Old one works. Changed many. Need live person. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

It seems you’re encountering a defective HP 62XL black ink cartridge. Since you've already followed the troubleshooting steps and reseated the cartridge
