Product: HP 700 Latex
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP 700 will not release the Printhead maintenance cartridge.  I powered down and was able to pull out the full/used cartridge.  Now when a new cartridge is inserted, it is not recognizing the new.  I pulled out cleaned the Line Sensor in the printhead carriage. 

the only way I can get the new cartridge in is when it is powered down.  The track/motor does not want to receive the cartridge when the power is on. 

Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas?
