Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I purchased this item 2nd hand from Nebraska Furniture Mart. It was their floor model. All it came with was the power cord, no user manuals (which I have found and downloaded) or the setup ink cartridges. I can't get my printer set up because I can't bypass the error message stating "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer". I have in hand, authentic HP 952 XL cartridges from Office Max but the error message still appears each time.
