HP envy 7855

I have a HP envy 7855 printer,   I have a cartridge error that I cannot get to go away.   I installed a new Black ink cartridge and cleaned the contacts none of this worked,  also software and drivers are up to date,   looking for suggestions please

Hello there is no blue envelope to click on, also i have already entered my insta ink info a couple of times that is how I was able to post this message,   my printer is no longer under warranty and I honestly do not understand how constantly entering my insta ink info is going to solve my issue with printer cartridge errors and insta ink itself.

I would need the instant ink account details to check the printer status and verify the instant ink account.
