Here is my issue.  I purchased an HP 8620 on February27, 2015.   2 years after my cancer.   I purchased at Staple in Randolph NJ.  I went upstairs to a room where I moved my office until hardwood floors were put in.  I forgot that I had this printer.  I was so elated that I realized I had it.    I have purchased at least 6 HP's, inluding the big laser jet one that i recently got rid of.    I had to return one (not sure which one that was 2.5 months old.   Well, now I know why it was placed ithis 8620 n that room   The printheads broke.    The print head was broken.  It broke at least 1 year or 2 after purchase.   I don't know why i didn't go back to Staples about it or maybe I did. Not sure.   

Does any one recommed buying new print heads for it?  I don't want to spend the money if it's not going to work.

Staples said it's not worth it.   I just can't see getting rid of it because it looks so new.
