Product: HP Officejet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

black cartridge error message.  Tried all fixes via HP Virtual Assistant. No help.  And yes, I only use genuine HP cartridges & even replaced with brand new. Problem persists.  Firmware is up to date.  What next???

I see that there is an issue with the printer hardware and may need repair.

This issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
