HP Recommended
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

New printer just setup a few weeks ago.  Plain paper printing is fine.  When I print on card stock the colors are washed out and dull.

macOS Ventura Version 13.1 (not an option on the operating system drop down)

HP Ink all brand new

Always used HP and never had an issue until this printer.  

Won't connect with HP Smart or Utility 

Cannot register my product on HP.  System is temporarily unavailable for weeks.  So, I cannot contact support at all.
