HP All In One Plan chat employees are WILDLY disrespectful, how do I report one?

On top of this, I have experienced multiple delays with my ink shipments. Tried to have my printer troubleshooted almost two weeks ago and in the process, the tech support agent drained TWO sets of ink, and two new sets were supposed to be expedited to me. I chat in to inquire and have to put up with this??
