Product: hp color laserjet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help!  My Hp CLJ 4650 is about 10 years old and I love her.   Tonight, I received an error that I cannot fix after much troubleshooting.  Maybe she is too old but I thought I would try.  So I have the error BLACK CARTRIDGE NOT INSTALLED.   I had 2 new black toners that I tried and that did not work.  I cold reset, I hard reset (many times), I reseated all toners, I took out paper tray, I looked for any jammed paper, I dusted inside of printer and I cannot get the black in to print.  Nothing. Nada.  Any ideas?  I am so sad.  THANKS
