Hello, after a few months I noticed that my HP Color Laser MFP 178nwg has issues when printing.
I printed an example, scanned the page and added it to this post.
I actually tried everything from this page: https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c06216537
- Image drum is not damaged
- removed and inserted all toners and they are not damaged
- toner level is above 80%
- took toners out and shaked them
- checked printer settings
- paper is ok. it can be used for laser printers (80g/A4/210x297mm)
- made a firmware update
