HP Color LaserJet 4650dtn patchy toner on right of paper

HP Recommended
HP Color LaserJet 4650dtn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Color Laserjet 4650dtn. Recently it has started having missing / patchy toner on only the rightinch or so side of the page, mostly the yellow and cyan. Blue and black doesn't seem to have as much if any problem.

So far, I have replaced:

 - All 4 toner cartridges

 - The transfer belt

 - The high voltage power supply, as suggested in my earlier post on this board:

And, I removed the printer from a surge suppressor I'd previously had it on.

None of this has made any difference - the patchy issues remain unchanged as illustrated here:

Any more ideas?  Should I replace the fuser next?  Something else?

Looking at that test sheet, the fade is evident in all colors, but not as obvious in black due the darker toner. This type of defect is not consistent with a bad fuser. Optical or electronic issue at play here.

Oh dear.  Well, having just replaced the high voltage power supply - any other ideas in particular?  Or is this basically a dying printer?
