I have a HP Color LaserJet MFP M281cdw printer that has recently started to print light images. I changed the toner cartridges (OEM) but it continues to print light. I have run the calibration and cleaning processes multiple time to no avail. Is there a fix for this?

I understand that you are having issues with the print quality. 

 

Try updating the firmware and see if that helps. Click here

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document, and still having issues, either the ink toner cartridges are faulty or the print might need service.
