Hi, 

 

the bought cartridges replacement from after market (amazon), it worked fine until very recently. getting "supply problem" error. is this because of a recent firewire update? that I have to buy official HP cartridge? any one else get the same problem?

from the other post, I was able to fix this issue. this issue was caused by 20201021 firmware upgrade. downgrade the firmware fixed the issue.

 

below link has the earlier firmware to be downgraded. Just want to close out this thread and hopefully this information be helpful for others who have the same issue.
