HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw streaking Yellow and Magenta

I've been having print quality issues with our Color LaserJet Pro M454dw where there is a lot of streaking happening on printed pages, but the streaking is primarily yellow and sometime magenta. I believe the issue is with the cartridges, but I just wanted to get another opinion before replacing them. I've seen recommendations to clean out the toner collection unit, but that appears to be built into the cartridges themselves, and there doesn't seem to be a straightforward way to clean that out. The streaking varies in severity. The fuser unit was recently replaced as well, and this particular issue was already happening before that. Attached are images of the streaking.

That looks like a transfer belt issue. Do you have a streaks on toner cartridges when you look them under where the cartridge drum is.

Yes, there are streaks on the toner cartridges. I can grab some pictures of each one here in a little bit.  It seems that there are more streaks on the yellow and magenta cartridges though.

Here's the pictures of the rollers on the toner cartridges. I also included some pictures of the transfer belt. Thank you for your input and help on this! I should also say that the black cartridge was recently replaced. We don't have any spares for the other colors, so wanted to rule out all possibilities before buying new ones. That's toner cartridges causing you issues, replace them they can damage your printer.
