Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Since I installed a new black cartridge all print is extremely light or faded.  Hard to read.  I'm not sure if it it just a bad cartridge or some other problem.  Sorry, not very computer literate.

if you install back an old empty ink cartridge can you print a sample page for comparison?

I don't have the previous ink cartridge.... i returned for recycling. It may not be just the black cartridge I replaced.  When I print from my computer all print is very faded, and some blank spots.  I tried copying a paper in full color with the same results.  Very faded and some blank spots, so I assume it is all the cartridges, or something is not working in the printer.  Appreciate any and all suggestions.
