In the screen shot above in my print properties - the features box is now showing the 'colour' option as NO. I cannot find how to change this option to YES. The printer has previously been printing in colour. Please can someone explain how I can change the option back to YES. Many thanks

Click on the device settings tab at the top of the window you posted and scroll down until you see device type and change it to "color" from auto or monochrome.
