Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

Supplies status on printer shows 40% Cyan remaining, however no blue color prints. I purchased this genuine HP high yield cartridge at the time with Magenta and Yellow, and neither of the other two have issues. Looking for a resolution as these cartridges are quite expensive.

Print, scan and upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size at least 200 KB.
