HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3635

Hello, I own an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3635 from Qatar. Now its in the Philippines but I cannot get hold of 652 ink cartridges here. I was told by a seller that a 680 is its equivalent so I bought them. I tried installing 680 but my printer says that its incompatible. So, I tried resetting the printer and cleaning the cartridge and with soft fabric, but it still won't accept them. How do I make this printer use 680, or are there no more choices than get 652 again?

I understand you are not able to use the new set of ink cartridges after moving to a different country. Yes, we need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link

Apparently, the printer's region can be reset to accept the 680 ink cartridge?
