HP Deskjet 2540
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have not use my HP Deskjet 2540 for a few months but when I tried to print off a letter it printed really faintly. I tried all the cleaning actions from the support menu but it now will only print blank pages. There is plenty of ink in the cartridges and it is as if there is a blockage between the cartridge and the paper.

I have tried a hard reset and that has not worked. When I try and print a test page all I get is a faint block of pink and nothing else.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
