Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP Deskjet 2600 All in one series. I bought the refurbished ink cartridge and it will not load in my printer. I am not sure what to do. I have tried the cleaning and wiping of the cartridges. Nothing seems to be working for it. I used to be enrolled in the HP ink program. Could that be the problem?
