Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Black ink cartridges are not being detected by the printer and the screen shows a message saying, "One or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged. Install or replace the affected cartridges." I have tried with multiple cartridges, I've cleaned the contact points on the cartridges and the printer with isopropyl alcohol, and I have updated the printer's firmware. None of these options are resolving my issue.
