Product: HP Deskjet 3755
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My HP Deskjet 3755 has started only printing blank pages. I saw another person asked this question and a link to troubleshooting was provided, but that link is now broken. I've restarted the printer, ensured the connection, replaced to a brand new cartridge, and the problem persists. The printer was working fine 1mo ago when I last used it and the ink cartridge was unopened and brand new, just installed.

It's a brand new cartridge, opened less than 10 seconds before it was installed so it's not a dried old cartridge. 

 

Also did both the initial and secondary steps of cleaning the print head and all troubleshooting steps in the app's guidance. Still printing blank pages.
