Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I bought HP original ink cartridge 60 Black Noir inserted it and cannot get it to work, flashing is Resize to fit, Resume and print cartridges ( bottom light ).  I followed some instructions I saw on the site , like turning the turning the printer off / on, unplugging from the Wall outlet pressing resume , removing and replacing the cartridge and it still is not working, making clicking noises and lights flashing?

 

Any idea you can give.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Since you have already tried most of the troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue, let us perform these steps:

Perform steps from this  document. Try printing. If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

  • 1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • 2) Select your product type below.
  • 3) Enter the serial of your device.
  • 4) Select the country from the drop-down.
  • 5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
  • 6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
