Hi @Uthmansolutions,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Adjust Margins in Your Document Editor

Word Processing Software (e.g., Microsoft Word):

  • Open your document in the application.
  • Go to the "Layout" or "Page Layout" tab.
  • Click on "Margins."
  • Select "Custom Margins..." to set your desired margin sizes. Decrease the bottom margin to the smallest size allowed by your printer (check your printer’s manual for minimum margin specifications).

PDF Software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat):

  • Open your PDF document in the application.
  • Go to "File" > "Print."
  • In the print dialog, check for a setting to scale to fit or adjust the page size. Adjust if needed to ensure the entire border prints.

Check Printer Settings

Printer Properties:

  • Go to "Devices and Printers" on your computer.
  • Right-click on your HP DeskJet printer, then select "Printer properties."
  • In the "Preferences" or "Advanced" tab, look for options like "Print Quality" or "Advanced Options" where you might set the borderless printing feature, if available.

Borderless Printing:

  • Some HP DeskJet models allow borderless printing. Check your printer’s manual or the HP website to see if your model supports this feature and enable it through the printer settings.

I hope this helps.
