HP ENVY 6030

Hello, I've just bought a new HP ENVY 6030. The problem is that the printed text is not clear and blurry.

I printed the Print Quality Diagnostic page, it has a crooked logo in the step 3, some artefacts in the step 5 and the dark line in the step 6. So I did the following troubleshooting from the app:

  • Checked for firmware updates. The latest one is installed - VASBASPP1N001.2034A.00 from 2020-08-18.
  • Performed the print head alignment.
  • Performed the print head cleaning (2 levels).

Unfortunately it didn't help, the diagnostic page looks exactly the same as it was before, with all the problems. Any suggestions?

OK, I don't know why there were artefacts on the Print Quality Diagnostic page. It's actually misled me. The text and photo printing quality improved when I set quality option to best.

Now I have another problem that the printer hangs sometimes and becomes unresponsive. Even the power button doesn't work.
