My color ink is low, and I tried to open the top lid to replace the cartridge, but no matter how I tried, the top lid seems to be stucked and I can't open it. What shall I do?

Hi,

Please make sure the top scanner cover is closed, it will prevent the cartridge access door from opening:

Hi, THanks for the suggestion. But I did leave the scan cover closed and the top lid still wont be able to open, like I said it felt like it stucked somehow.. I dont want to use force to open it, then I am afraid I will break the machine.. Please help!
