Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

My HP ENVY Photo 7155 will not print anything with cyan ink. I only use HP cartridges, I've done hard reboots, soft reboots, gone through all of the forums I can find, cleaned everything, etc. I am at a loss now as to what to do. I cannot find anything to download for the forums saying it could be a hardware issue to try and fix it. I don't want to have to buy a new printer, but I am about at that point. It stopped registering 4x6 photos as well after only 3 days of having it, and now this. Definitely does not seem like HP's finest printer ever made.
