I've tried all your resetting things, cleaning cartridges, cleaning the jet on printer, cyan doesn't come out at all. Have tried auto cleaning the cartridges many times. Not a drop of cyan. When i clean the BRAND NEW hp tri color cartridge it shows up with some cyan on the cartridge itself. Yet none of that makes it to the paper, zero.

The printer has been sitting for a couple years so there must be something clogging the cyan somewhere along the line or else the brand new cartridge is faulty.

I've read all your other support articles and none of that has helped me.

Hi @lukeatmaro,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Firstly update the Firmware if not done already.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then either the cartridge is faulty or the printer needs to be checked.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

None of that has fixed anything. There is not one drop of cyan making it on to my paper, but i'm seeing some cyan on the cartridge itself, striped, when i take it out.

Hi @lukeatmaro,

Thank you for performing the recommended steps, I see that it has not helped.

As mentioned before, the cartridge may be faulty. You may have to replace it.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.

Still not working. Clearly the line that delivers the cyan is clogged
