I am trying to find out how to make a warranty claim on the genuine HP 64 ink cartridge. It says that it is under warranty, but no instructions on how to claim it. Testing other cartridges works, but this particular one fails to work on this printer. What is the procedure?

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having the issues, I recommend you contact phone support.
